Order Processing and Shipping
Requested packages are usually dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature. We are aware of how important it is for you to get replacement parts to fix your broken appliance, which is why we offer expedited as well as standard shipping options to addresses within the continental United States.
We will have the In-stock portion of your order shipped as soon as possible from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. In an event where a customer orders for an item that is out of stock, we will ship it to them immediately it becomes available (usually within 4-7 days).
Shipping fees comprise of handling, packing fees and postage costs. Handling fees are usually fixed, but in the case of transport fees, it is dependent on the total weight of the shipment. We advise that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately, and shipping fees will also apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. However, special cares are taken to ensure protection of fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized to better protect your items.
