We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we offer returns within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.

We cover return shipping if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

In these cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. To help us process your return quickly, please send us clear photos showing the issue.

The customer is responsible for return shipping if:

  • The item doesn’t fit your appliance

  • You ordered the wrong item

  • You no longer want the item

In these cases, the refund will be for the item price only, not including the original shipping cost.

⚠️ All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without an RMA will not be refunded.
