Order Processing and Shipping

Requested packages are usually dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. We are aware of how important it is for you to get replacement parts to fix your broken appliance, which is why we offer expedited as well as standard shipping options to addresses within the continental United States. 

For customers in states like Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, they will have their orders shipped via priority mail and the buyer will always be responsible for the shipping costs. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping for these U.S territories.

We will have the In-stock portion of your order shipped as soon as possible from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States (see "Shipping of In-Stock Items" below). In an event where a customer orders for an item that is out of stock, we will ship it to them immediately it becomes available (usually within 4-14 days).

In spite of the number of shipments it requires for your order to be completed, you will only be charged ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order. 

Shipping fees comprise of handling, packing fees and postage costs. Handling fees are usually fixed, but in the case of transport fees, it is dependent on the total weight of the shipment. We advise that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately, and shipping fees will also apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. However, special cares are taken to ensure protection of fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized to better protect your items.


To ensure your convenience, your order is usually followed by two emails. An order confirmation email is sent to you a few minutes after placing your order. A shipping confirmation email is also sent to you along with your order tracking number immediately your order is shipped. Kindly allow a period of about 24 hours from shipment date for information about your order tracking to appear in our Shippers system.


The addition of shipping and handling charge may be required in cases of oversized and overweight items, such as refrigerator door panels, washer tubs, dryer drums and other extremely large items. In cases like this, we will contact the customer to know if they will like to cancel the order or pay the extra charge. Note that we will not charge our customers any extra freight without informing them to get their authorization.


We currently make use of United Parcel Service as our primary shipper. As a result of UPS restrictions regarding P.O. Boxes, we try avoiding shipment to P.O. Boxes at this time. Nevertheless, shipments to P.O Boxes will take longer compared to a usual business or home address.


Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are shipped via UPS or FedEx for a fee of $6.95 - $29.95   (Shipping to these locations can cost up to $60, you may be contacted after your purchase)


Despite the fact that shipment via APO/FPO is not available through our site, we can make special arrangements for you. Please contact us.


At the moment, USA Parts & More does not ship internationally.

At USA Parts & More, we strive to see to it that we maintain an up to date inventory. In a situation where a part is sold out prior to the warehouse pulling your order the part will be placed on backorder.
